The more you as a customer know beforehand about how a web project is conducted, the better the preconditions for a rewarding cooperation and a successfull result.

Stage 1: Preliminary planning and contract

After our offer has been accepted the customer meets the our project leader to go through the wishes of the customer in more detail. Possible solutions are discussed, as well as possible new ideas and requests from the customer. We also go through the customers preferences as to the graphical design and layout of the site.

The goal of the meeting is to reach an agreement about the specific content and functions of the web site. We also make sure to discuss all aspects necessary to be able to create a customized design suggestion for the customer. When the meeting is finished, a contract is signed if necessary, specifying the scope and timetable of the project.

Stage 2: Design suggestion

At this stage the designer presents his design suggestion for the customer. In most cases the design is accepted with minor changes, but if none of the suggested versions is liked by the customer we go through the design requests again and modify the design accordingly. The design suggestions are presented as prints and image files, and adjustments can mostly be made during the meating until the customer is satisfied. The design stage ends when the customer approves a design suggestion.

Stage 3: Detailed planning

This stage is ususally initiated at the same time as the design suggestion is presented and approved. The web sites navigational structure is decided in detail, as is the placement of extra modules and special functions. The detailed planning is made in closed cooperation between the customer and our project leader. The planning is the basis for the next stage where a prototype of the website is constructed, awaiting its contents.

Stage 4: Prototype and content production

We create a hosting account for your web site and install the content management system Joomla!. Based on the design suggestion and detaild planning we build the web site. During this time, the site is available to the customer on a temporary Internet address.

Meantime, the customer colletcs and produces texts and image for the web site contents. The texts and images are delivered to us before the agreed deadlite and inserted by us into the web site prototype. We can also include the collection, writing and editing of materials for the web site.

Stage 5: Training

When all the delivered content is inserted into the site, the customer participates in a training session. After the training, the customer will be able to update the web site contents and manage diffrent functions himself.

Stage 6: Testning och corrections

At this stage, the web site is almost finished. The agreed upon tests are performed. Some basic tests, as ensuring the sites functionality with different browsers, are always performed. But also a wider range of tests can be conducted, for example user tests and evaluations of the sites usability. If the tests uncover any problems, these are corrected before the site is launched.

Stage 7: Site launch

The site is published on its correct domain address and opened to the public.
