You should have knowledge of design and/or programming and system administration. We value skills in:

web design, HTML/CSS, Javascript
Adobe Photoshop
Flash
PHP, SQL
Java
Linux administration

and you should also have the following qualifications:

full of ideas and inspiration
outspoken and willing to learn
able to cope under pressure
speaking Swedish/Finnish/English
